All of our employees feel comfortable talking directly to Ash bringing up any H&S concerns during his visits, which are then assessed and acted upon with the support of Senior Management. The relationship we have with I-Safe gives us complete confidence that the H&S elements in our business are up to date and meet all the relevent standards. This assists with our ISO/Achilles/Constructionline accreditations but more importantly, gives us confidence that our employees are working as safely as possible across all departments and operations.
