All health and safety supervisors or safety advisors provided will be suitably competent and have experience in the type of project which is being undertaken. iSAFE’s team of health and safety supervisors and safety advisors are well-trained professionals who have extensive knowledge and experience in managing and maintaining a safe working environment. Safety advisor provide a full time presence onsite providing:
Continual monitoring of safety standards and compliance to CDM regulations for all duty holders can be effectively carried out by a dedicated health and safety supervisor and supported by a knowledgeable safety advisor.
Delivery of site specific inductions to all contractors and workers entering the CDM area.
Issuing of permits at suitable intervals and monitoring to ensure conditions are met.
Checking that plant and equipment meets the requirements of health and safety legislation for the duration of the project.
Delivery of daily coordination meetings and health and safety briefings is carried out by the safety advisor.
Maintenance of the construction phase plan and health and safety file can be effectively carried out by a dedicated health and safety supervisor and supported by a knowledgeable safety advisor.
Attendance at all site meetings.
Regular site visits from a member of the iSAFE management team.

We have developed a close working relationship with Ash Bousfield who visits our works Bi-Monthly. During the visits he delivers Toolbox Talks to all employees and has also developed SSOW and Risk Assessments for all operations across all departments within our business. Ash now fully understands our business operations and is always extremely pro-active to ensure that any H&S related issue is acted upon without delay and all associated procedures are documented and communicated to our employees in a timely manner. All of our employees feel comfortable talking directly to Ash bringing up any H&S concerns during his visits, which are then assessed and acted upon with the support of Senior Management. The relationship we have with I-Safe gives us complete confidence that the H&S elements in our business are up to date and meet all the relevent standards. This assists with our ISO/Achilles/Constructionline accreditations but more importantly, gives us confidence that our employees are working as safely as possible across all departments and operations.
