Ainscough Industrial Services win the RoSPA Gold Medal for their health and safety management!

Ainscough Industrial Services (AIS) are a contracts engineering company specialising in the removal, relocation and installation of large industrial equipment, across the UK and abroad.

The team at iSAFE have been supporting AIS with their management of health and safety since 2017, including helping them maintain their ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 internationally accredited integrated management system and other accreditations such as the annual RoSPA Achievement Award.

Winning a RoSPA Award

In order to attain the RoSPA Achievement Award, companies must submit 10 essay-style questions which showcase their health and safety performance, as well as provide evidence to support their entries, such as policies, risk assessments and accident statistics. Each submission is judged by RoSPA’s team of safety professionals, which consists of specialist consultants and senior health and safety practitioners. Submissions are also cross-referenced against the Health and Safety Executive database, to ensure that organisations which apply have not received any enforcement notices or prosecutions.

RoSPA Gold

Since working with iSAFE, AIS has been able to achieve the highest standard awarded by RoSPA, the gold award, for 5 consecutive years meaning they have now earned the gold medal award. By achieving the gold medal award AIS have shown not only that they have met an exceptional standard of safety but also maintained it consistently for over half a decade, which is an exceptional achievement.

Looking to the future, iSAFE will now continue to support AIS maintain its gold standard of health and safety as we strive to help AIS earn the president’s award for 10 consecutive Gold Awards. But for now, well done Ainscough.
